Developed Civil Engineering construction plans (PG&D, Water, and Sewer) and obtain Permits (PBC Land Dev. FDEP, and SFWMD) for the construction of a one-story medical building.

Provided professional services to alleviate flooding conditions on Spafford Avenue, Scott Avenue, Indian Road, and Gardenia Street by designing a storm sewer system and sizing three retention ponds for stormwater management.
LINDELL BLVD
Provided Stormwater Management analysis and permitting services for the “Complete Streets design” of Lindell Boulevard and SW 10th Avenue from Linton Boulevard to West Old Dixie Highway.
JOG ROAD
Conducted a feasibility study for the widening of Jog Road from the existing 4-lane to 6-lane divided urban roadway. The study consists of analyzing Typical Sections, Drainage, Right-of-way, impact to existing utilities & signals, etc.
CONGRESS AVENUE
Designed, permitted and provided bidding assistance for the relocation of a 10-inch force main and an 8-inch water main that are in conflict with the PBC Engineering and Public Works Department project for the improvements of Congress Avenue, relocation of an existing fire hydrant, adjustment of water main valves and sewer manhole to match the proposed roadway pavement.
