Designed, permitted, and provided bidding assistance for the relocation of a 10-inch force main and an 8-inch water main that are in conflict with the PBC Engineering and Public Works Department project for the improvements of Congress Avenue, relocation of an existing fire hydrant, adjustment of water main valves and sewer manhole to match the proposed roadway pavement.
